We must already know shelf corporation/Aged corporation is a corporation that already exist but it’s not in use and is on the market and ready for purchase. There are many concrete reasons why people prefer buying of shelf corporations or ready made corporations, one of them is that they cost less than the normal price. With this situation, Shelf Corporations enable new owners to be indulged into business with an established company than going through the whole process of starting from scratch.

Has anyone ever bought a aged corporation or shelf corporation?
I am looking to buy a aged corporation only for credit purpose so that I can buy real estate and other business. I see some for sale in Wyoming , Delaware, and Nevada. Has anybody had luck getting credit with an aged corporation?

I have only heard about this before, but i guess the person selling it has to have had a corporate bank account and put money in it every month to show it actually had income…otherwise it was just worthless.

I have never actually seen one for sale though and it would be interesting to know how much they sell these for.

Yes but they can be costly. Usually the sellers have them for a few years but do not pay the fees yearly so the penalties stack up. Generally you can just buy a new corporation. Offshore corporations have numerous advantages and for more informations on offshore corporations go here:
