How old do you have to be to start a corporation?

I’m 14, and am interested in starting an energy corporation consisting of LLC subsidiaries. It would be formed as soon as possible, preferably when am 16 – 18.
This company would have to be a C-corporation. I was planning on forming it in the State of Nevada, but their age limit is 18. I s there any state with low tax costs that has a lower or no age limit?
