I need to find court cases on Target Corporation?

Age,Sex,Race,Employment Discrimination

I found two cases in the 8th circuit, both dismissed for lack of material evidence of discrimination. The third site below mentions a couple of others, one settled, another apparently still pending.

    Don’t know about Target, bet you can find all you want on Wal-Mart though. I am sure you can check court records, try google.

    There are several ways to find out

    1 – Do a google search – Target court cases
    2) Search Lexis Nexis or Westlaw – But you have to pay on these 2 sites

    3)Check out findlaw.com – This may help

    4) Also go to http://www.eeoc.org for – equal employment opportunity commission will give you all you need to know about the discrimination you listed above.
