i’m looking to purchase an aged shelf corporation and dont want to get ripped off, any suggestions?

I do not know any reason to prefer an aged shelf corporation above a non-aged shelf corporation (and in most situations a newly incorporated one would do just fine), maybe for government-contracts it might be helpful but otherwise I don’t think they give a substantial benefit.
