		<description>I do not know any reason to prefer an aged shelf corporation above a non-aged shelf corporation (and in most situations a newly incorporated one would do just fine), maybe for government-contracts it might be helpful but otherwise I don&#039;t think they give a substantial benefit.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
