Schooling is compulsory in Morocco for children between the ages of 6 and 14. Some 101 percent of girls and 113 percent of boys attend primary school;

    Hahaha! Wow, maybe they are counting those who have multiple personalities? Or perhaps the ‘spirits’ who haunt the school locations are included? That makes for a good laugh. Perhaps the writers of that piece should go back to compulsory school!
