I live in Georgia, and that is where the official address would be, although the forms would be filed by an entity in California. (Legalzoom)
I would avoid online services for starting your corporation.
It must makes it cost more.
Check with your secretary of state and public libary, and learn how to do it yourself. It is not exactly rocket science.
Why pay legalzoom an extra $129 just to file your forms?
Not only that, but legalzoom is based in california, and their status as a business there is forfeit. I checked.

As for age, you need to be legally able to sign contracts and be liable for them. But you can have your mom or dad do it, and then buy all the shares, they become the board and corporate officers, but the stockholder owns it.

You need to be 18 to enter into any contract. A businees license is no different.
