can someone give me some help here?

i am a very influential 19 year old man, with no path right now, i know my calling in life is to help people, but i dunno how to go about it, i feel living in a right wing state such as nevada (which doesn’t agree with my politcal ideals as i am a socialist) is a huge challenge that i cannot overcome to help my fellow man, i want to do something great for this world…….should i move? what can i do to jumpstart my life into the right direction and is there other out there who are like me? i am a humanitarian and i wanna help people, but i find myself stuck going to work and collecting a menial paycheck like the rest of the masses……..what can i do to become who i want to become? i work for a large corporation (wal-mart) and i see how corrupt it is, as demonstrated when for example a can of beans gets a dent in it and company policy state we simply THROW IT AWAY………not give it to the needy, or auction it, or just let it be sold on the shelf……..what evil there is in this world………i just want to help the healing to begin……….i ges i am the definition of a bleeding heart liberal =[

Socialism, you realize, isn’t the same as liberalism. As much as the right wing conservatives want people to think. I absolutely hate being called a communist simply because I identify as a liberal, because I believe in the capitalist free market and I hate being called a socialist just because I agree with the policies of Canada, Germany, and a whole host of nations which have socialized health care and somehow their nations haven’t fallen apart like the conservatives here try to scare us into thinking will happen if we have socialized health care.

The worst thing to do is just up and move. That is what conservatives want you to do. They are the ones who are elitists because they think only they should have a say in how our government is run and want people like you out. So, stick around and stick with it. If you hate your company, quit. If you want to make more, go back to school and study on something you love doing and become a professional at it. Join the Peace Corps if you really want to help people and gain a learning experience about what real suffering is around the world.

Why do people so blindly fall for all the marketing and products out there, when businesses ONLY care about $?

Everywhere you go, malls, restaurants, stores, any type of business, revolves around making money, and some are blatantly overpricing their products for marketing, or because they have some celebrity behind it, or something or another.

Yet everyone just swamps these businesses with profit, and they get rich off of our money.

And we end up in debt, broke, or god knows what because of it.

America has TURNED into a $$$$ worshipping country. It’s evil ,and people have no care. They just go out there and worship the dollar at all costs.

Who made the gas companies rich in this country? we all did, we’re all guilty of it.

Because of our own vanity, and the desire to own vehicles like Hummers, we made them richer than they needed to be.

Sure some of it is commute,

but many people live for pleasure rather than commute.

And these companies keep striving to make bigger and better products just to suck more money.

They give you toys, products, cars, that you REALLY don’t need, and they encourage society competition and chaos, so that you get insecure, and go back to shop some more.

That’s all this country is.

An insecurity and competition fest 24/7, caused by money making corporations, to confuse us and induce insecurity, so we go back and buy more.

It’s an addition, a life long addiction.

Yet NO ONE sees this. The American population has no idea what’s going on, and just keep falling for every trick in the book.

Is there REALLY a need for about 200 different versions of "hair gloss?"

OR about 500 different DESIGNERS?

or the excess of basically everything?

No.

is there also a need to see a dentist twice a year or more, or an eye doctor or all of those other people so frequently? no.

It’s all business and overhype. You can argue the doctor thing but it’s true.

Even products with shelf lives, many outlast them, but they print them there as a safety net, and lots of it is just to get you to buy more in the case of cosmetics.

We’re all suffering at the hands of evil and misleading corporations,

yet people don’t care and worse yet,

"turn to God," thinking that some magical god is going to stop this.

LOL. It hasn’t happened yet.

It’s all about clever advertising. Companies use subliminal – and more obvious – messages to trick you into thinking you need their product. For example: if you buy ___, you’ll be good looking like the model in the advert, have an amazing lifestyle like they do, or will be making some statement about your personality (e.g. intelligent people go to Starbucks, alternative people wear Converse shoes, etc.) It’s all a load of bollocks, and you have to be very careful and aware of what information is going into your brain when you are exposed to advertising.

They are easier and quicker to get a business going, but they cost a little extra. Basically somebody has already done all the paperwork to set up a company so you don’t have to do it. I did mine myself and it wasn’t particularly hard (Australia), but I only have myself as a owner and director. It’s a bit more complicated if you have several directors/owners, in that case I would buy a shelf company.

I suggest you go ahead and buy a shelf corporations from this guy, because the sooner you turn a profit, the sooner I can sell you a bridge or several acres on the moon. But come to me before you invest with one of those wonderful gentleman from Nigeria.

What is this society coming to? I mean I know this is America…you can be born to a janitor and become the next billionaire and we have the American dream. It’s just at what point will corporations who are out for a profit and not to better society be held accountable. Isn’t this almost wrong. Examples– Drug companies who are out to make a profit off of society and not actually do whats best for society. Instead of affordable drugs…we get millions spent advertising and targeting us, lining the pockets of doctors, millions lobbying. How about all of the food companies who take some shred of food at some point, pile on millions of chemicals to produce a good shelf life, and pay millions to advertise to you, sponsor things, and then have you eat this unhealthy/nice tasting piece of crap. Our society is so unhealthy…we have companies constantly targeting, over-marketing to us, selling us stuff we don’t need. In the old days, weren’t they called scammers or whatever the old fashion word was. People who went door to door 100 years ago selling you stuff that was a scam and rip off. Isn’t this the same thing? I think we are just so use to it, it doesn’t even phase us anymore. Will it ever be a nation whos focus is on the people instead of american business?
I have a masters in business, I know how it works.

I’m saying…is business bad for America? Instead of the focus people of the American people, it’s on American business. Why isn’t this regulated? Why should people be allowed to sell the obvious crap they call food at the grocery store, at fast food, etc. Taking something that was once a sliver of a potato, piling on chemicals, salt, preservatives, coming up with a nice bag, making it taste good with more chemicals, and them becoming the best brand of chemical potatoes. What is this doing to our bodies? What about all the other crap? Aren’t people sick of being marketed too? At what point, does this stuff cross the line, the actual products.
Consumers should decide…but I would argue that with the over-advertsing, constant marketing, and the way society is moving…most people are not intelligent enough to really get it and think its OK bc it is not illegal. Why wouldn’t the gov’t regulate you eating chemicals for your meal that has no nutritional value. In a way, America has turned out to be such as mess…maybe socialism is the answer.
Obviously I’m not saying this is to benefit business…its for the people. Having an MBA, and understanding business, has nothing to even do with this gov’t policy. I understand business, you don’t have to understand it to have an opinion on a political policy.

Typical knee jerk reaction from a Liberal…. You need to learn how business works before you go freaking out calling for regulations.

i formed a corporation about 2 year ago. it has been on a shelf ever since i formed it. it has no tax no, no employees, no bank accounts, no financial transactions, no assets and no debts. i am waiting for it to become 5 years old so i can be eligible to bid for government contract jobs; they dont give contracts to brand-new companies. My question is do i owe any taxes or should i have done any kind of annual paper work.

I’m trying to decide should I open an LLC , an S corp or a C corp for music related purposes. I create original instrumentals that have been literally flying off the shelves . AND I’M CHARGING PEOPLE LIKE 350.00 per track . It’s unbelievable how these B list celebs are buying them . SO WHAT WOULD BE BEST TO OPEN UP,…..LLC ,…S-Corp ,…….or C-corp ?????

what does it mean if i buy an LLC with seasoned credit?

I’ve found websites that sell seasoned shelf corporations, some also with seasoned credit. What does that exactly mean? Are their already lines of credit established? It seems to me that, upon purchasing the LLC, the lenders would still want to look into the reputation of the seller, etc. In other words, is this too good to be true? I have a good rep. but something to me doesn’t fully add up.

There is no free lunch! We are in the business of forming and selling custom LLCs and creating shelf companies.

When someone wants to sell a shelf company with credit, you will have to check with Dun and Bradstreet for its PAYDEX score. This will tell you its rating. (100 is perfect).

Price is usually commensurate with the ability to obtain credit.

You would also have to check with the lenders who were offering the credit to see if it is still available.
