Has anyone ever bought a aged corporation or shelf corporation?

I am looking to buy a aged corporation only for credit purpose so that I can buy real estate and other business. I see some for sale in Wyoming , Delaware, and Nevada. Has anybody had luck getting credit with an aged corporation?

Yes but they can be costly. Usually the sellers have them for a few years but do not pay the fees yearly so the penalties stack up. Generally you can just buy a new corporation. Offshore corporations have numerous advantages and for more informations on offshore corporations go here:

  1. I have only heard about this before, but i guess the person selling it has to have had a corporate bank account and put money in it every month to show it actually had income…otherwise it was just worthless.

I have never actually seen one for sale though and it would be interesting to know how much they sell these for.
